I was a collegiate pitcher who turned a love for baseball into a passion for helping players excel. After graduating from Azusa Pacific University's DPT program, I specialized in orthopedics, spine, and sports rehabilitation. I earned Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist certification in 2022, Sports Clinical Specialist certification in 2023, and a Fellowship with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2024.

Is there anything I should do before the call?

Just be in a quiet spot and, if your parent helps with decisions, have them close by. That’s all you need—I’ll guide you through the rest.

How much time does this take each day?

Most sessions run 45–75 minutes depending on your athlete’s phase, schedule, and setup. Arm care and recovery days are typically shorter—around 20–30 minutes. If life gets hectic, we simplify. The plan adapts to fit your real week, not the other way around.

Is there any equipment required to start?

All you’ll need is some basic gear: a few dumbbells (or gym access), resistance bands, and a wall or net to throw medicine balls into. You’ll also use your phone to film and track progress. For velocity, any radar tool works—Pocket Radar, Bushnell, HitTrax, or Trackman.

What if my athlete gets injured or needs to pause?

No worries at all. If anything comes up—injury, illness, travel—we’ll either pause the program or adjust it around recovery. The system’s built to meet your athlete where they’re at, even if things shift mid-plan.

How much does it cost?

Depending on the level of support, most families invest between $15–$63 per session. That covers custom programming, weekly feedback, and expert oversight—built to get real results, not just generic workouts.

Your athlete completes a full movement and throwing assessment. We look at mobility, strength, velocity, and mechanics—so we can see exactly what’s helping or holding him back.

2. We build his custom plan.
Based on his assessment, we create a personalized 12-week program. It’s not just workouts—it’s a full rehab + performance system, tailored to his current phase, mechanics, goals, and injury history.

3. He uploads videos—we coach him.
Each week, he sends footage of his throwing, lifts, or movement drills. We break it down in slow motion and sends coaching feedback so he knows exactly what to tweak. Plans adjust every 1–2 weeks based on progress.

4. Progress is tracked—not just guessed.
We monitor pain scores, velocity, mobility, and mechanics to make sure things are trending in the right direction. If anything stalls, we pivot quickly—before it becomes a problem.

5. Arm Care, Recovery, and Throwing — Built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Dr. Kam designed every phase of this system based on years of working with youth pitchers recovering from injury and rebuilding mechanics.
