Terms of Service

1. Overview

This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of services provided by Kamren Ackerman, DPT, and the Healthy Performance System program ("Program"). By enrolling in our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Who We Serve

Our Program is designed for parents/legal guardians of youth baseball athletes (ages 8–14) seeking pain relief, improved mechanics, and enhanced performance for their child. All purchases must be made by an adult over the age of 18.

3. Program Description

The Healthy Performance System is a 12-week remote coaching program that includes:

- Customized recovery and performance plans

- Video-based movement assessments

- Baseball-specific mechanics training

- Weekly group coaching and 1:1 support

- Access to digital materials and resources

This is a performance coaching program and does not replace in-person medical treatment or physical therapy.

4. Pricing & Payment

The standard investment for the Program is $750-$3,000 USD or three monthly payments of $297-$1,000 USD.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges if you choose the payment plan option.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our program (digital access, custom plans, and coaching), all sales are final and non-refundable.

We may approve transfers or program pauses at our sole discretion for special circumstances (e.g. injury, schedule conflict). To request a pause or transfer, contact [Insert Email] within 7 days of enrollment.

6. Health Disclaimer

By enrolling, you confirm your child has received clearance from a physician to participate in physical activity. We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or outcomes resulting from improper implementation of the program.

7. Communication & Messaging

By enrolling, you consent to receive updates and reminders via email, phone, and SMS. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS at any time, reply “STOP.”

8. Intellectual Property

All program content—including videos, worksheets, and assessments—is the intellectual property of Kamren Ackerman and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will never be sold or shared. Data is stored securely and used only to deliver the program and communicate with you. Full privacy policy available upon request.
