Does my son need to have pain right now?

No. This is for athletes who currently have pain, recently had pain, lost velocity, feel off mechanically, or need a structured plan to return to throwing safely.

How is this different from physical therapy?

Most PT focuses on pain and basic function. HPS bridges the gap between rehab and baseball performance by addressing mobility, strength, mechanics, throwing workload, and confidence.

Can this really work online?

Yes. The program uses video-based evaluations, movement testing, throwing video review, customized programming, chat support, and Zoom coaching depending on the level of support you choose.

What happens after I book a call?

We review your son's history, what has already been tried, what is still missing, and whether the 12-week Healthy Performance System is the right fit.

Does a parent need to be on the call?

Yes. A parent or guardian who helps make decisions should be on the call. The athlete should be there too if possible.

What if my son already has a pitching coach?

That is fine. We are not trying to replace his pitching coach. We help make sure his body, arm, mechanics, and throwing workload are prepared to handle baseball.

How much does the program cost?

The program depends on how much support your athlete needs. Options include custom programming with chat support, monthly Zoom check-ins, twice-monthly coaching, or weekly coaching. We will recommend the best fit on the call.

Who is this not for?

This is not for families looking for a quick band routine, a one-time tip, or a shortcut. This is for families who want a structured 12-week plan and are ready to follow it.
