Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we have received over the years.

If my son was already cleared… why is he still having issues?

Because being “cleared” usually just means pain is reduced, not that your son is fully prepared to handle the demands of throwing. Most programs don’t rebuild: throwing-specific strength, mechanics under load or confidence under intensity. That’s why many athletes feel fine at rest… but struggle once they start throwing again.

How is this different from physical therapy?

Most physical therapy focuses on: reducing pain and restoring basic movement. But baseball requires more than that. We focus on: rebuilding the entire throwing system, correcting mechanics through video analysis, gradually returning to full-intensity throwing. That’s the gap most athletes fall into after PT.

Can this really work if it’s online?

Yes, because we’re not guessing. We use: detailed movement testing, video analysis of mechanics, and a structured progressions. You’ll know exactly what to film, what to do, and how to progress. And you’ll have direct support every step of the way.

What happens after I book a call?

On the call, we will: understand your son’s full situation, identify what’s still holding him back, and walk you through what it would take to fix it. If it’s a good fit, we’ll show you the next steps. If not, you’ll still leave with clarity.

How long does it take to get back to normal?

It depends on: how long the issue has been there, how much strength and mechanics need to be rebuilt. Most athletes we work with start seeing progress within the first few weeks, with full return structured over time.

Do you help with mechanics and velocity too?

Yes. Fixing pain without addressing mechanics is one of the biggest reasons athletes get stuck or re-injured. We address: movement patterns, throwing mechanics, and performance progression

What if my son already has a pitching coach?

That’s completely fine. We work alongside coaches, not against them. Our role is to: fix the physical limitations, improve movement and mechanics, and make sure your son can actually execute safely.
